1. Service and ordering
Limilu.com uses artificial intelligence to create songs from the customer's words and preferences. Orders must be placed by adults: complete the quiz, review and approve the lyrics, choose music settings and an offer. The paid service contract is concluded when payment succeeds. Preview clips are available before payment.
2. Your result
Before purchase, a preview of up to 90 seconds is available. The purchase unlocks the full MP3 of that same song at the selected delivery time after payment confirmation. The file is available on the song page, and a notification with a link is sent to the provided email address.
Generation starts after lyrics approval. Timing depends on the queue and AI provider availability; displayed progress is an estimate rather than a guaranteed deadline. A technical failure with no result should not consume an additional paid generation on retry. Contact support if the issue persists.
Unpaid audio files are retained for 30 days; paid files for at least 365 days. File retention and generation-credit validity are separate. Download your finished recordings. Deleting a project in your account hides it; send personal-data deletion requests separately to support.
3. Prices and validity
There are two one-time delivery options for your chosen song as a complete MP3: in 30 minutes for PLN 149.00, or in 48 hours for PLN 99.00. The delivery period starts when payment is confirmed. The purchase includes no subscription, PDF or additional generations. The total price and currency are shown before payment.
4. Lyrics, names and rights
Use lyrics you wrote or have permission to submit. Do not submit protected songs without permission, unlawful content, sensitive information, or other people's addresses or contact details. For gifts, use a first name or nickname and only necessary details you are entitled to share. Songs about children must be ordered by their parent or legal guardian.
AI results may differ from expectations, include pronunciation errors or resemble other works. Payment provides file access under the selected offer; it does not itself establish exclusive copyright, commercial-release clearance or freedom from Content ID claims. Check applicable rights and AI-provider terms separately before commercial use.
5. Payment and enquiries
International payments are processed by Stripe. Card details are entered on Stripe’s secure page and are not stored on our server. Access is granted after a successful one-time payment is verified.

6. Cancellation and refunds
You may request cancellation. The refund is determined with regard to services already delivered and documented costs attributable to your order; an AI generation does not automatically exclude a refund. If a technical failure prevents delivery of a paid result, we will offer restored access, another attempt or a refund. Mandatory consumer rights remain unaffected.
Include your account email, song link or order ID, payment date and issue description. Do not send a full card number or CVC. Approved refunds use the original payment method; settlement time depends on the payment service and bank. Disputes are handled under applicable law without restricting mandatory consumer rights.
