One-time purchase
A one-time payment for your chosen song. No subscription or automatic renewals.
Choose your delivery speed
Your full song in MP3: in 30 minutes for PLN 149.00, or in 48 hours for PLN 99.00. No subscription.
Payment confirmation
Your account shows your purchase history, amount and paid period. We send an email with the purchase details after payment is confirmed.
No automatic renewal
A one-time payment for your chosen song. No subscription or automatic renewals.
Unsuccessful payment
Full files remain locked until payment is confirmed. Check the order status before paying again. Contact support with your order number if you are charged twice or delivery is delayed.
6. Cancellation and refunds
You may request cancellation. The refund is determined with regard to services already delivered and documented costs attributable to your order; an AI generation does not automatically exclude a refund. If a technical failure prevents delivery of a paid result, we will offer restored access, another attempt or a refund. Mandatory consumer rights remain unaffected.
Include your account email, song link or order ID, payment date and issue description. Do not send a full card number or CVC. Approved refunds use the original payment method; settlement time depends on the payment service and bank. Disputes are handled under applicable law without restricting mandatory consumer rights.
